CAUTION REPORT FORM (in
PDF format - for you to print, complete and post)
All referees that caution or send-off a player, must report their actions to the Oxfordshire Football Association
within two days of the match. If you know the offence comes under a different County FA then you still report it
to the Oxfordshire FA who will deal with it accordingly. Forms for reporting these incidents are at the bottom
of this page.
If you are not sure of what actions you need to take, or would just like to talk to somebody about refereeing issues/problems
- then you can send an e-mail to Pete Barnard.
Some information you may find useful:
The wording of Law 8 in Mini-Soccer appears to be causing some confusion - hopefully
the following will clarify things.
In Law 8: Start and Restart of Play - it is now stated that "In Mini Soccer a goal cannot be scored directly
from a start or restart of play." This refers to the kick-off for each half and the restart after a goal.
Goals can be scored direct from freekicks in Mini Soccer and all freekicks in Mini Soccer are direct freekicks.
The attacking team can still score direct from corner and goalkicks (but not own goals) and you can still NOT score
direct from a throw-in - all as with 11 aside football.
Please note in 11 aside football the rule is still "A goal may be scored directly from the kick-off".
You can download the latest mini-soccer handbook for printing (or viewing) from here
Pitch Dimensions: As you know the size
of the pitch can be adjusted for youth football. Please note that this only applies to the outer dimensions i.e.
the length and width of the pitch. All internal measurements must be full-size e.g. penalty area 18 yards, goal
area 6 yards, centre circle 10 yards radius etc.
Please can referees notify the league if you believe a pitch is being used which does not confirm to the rules?
